You have the ability to ask for an exhchange or a return. Your request must be placed within 3 days of receiving your order.
You can exchange or get a refund, minus the initial cost of shipping.
Orders that are made with custom sizing are non-refundable.
When returning, the cost of shipping is paid by the customer.
You are able to send us the item with any shipping service, including your local postal service. Please use a service that has tracking as otherwise neither sides can confirm that the shipment has been made or track its progress.
When you receive your order, you are able to inspect the contents of the package. But for an exchange or refund to be available, all clothing must be unusued, unworn and unwashed. This includes the original packaging and labeling that must be both intact. If these conditions are not met, we are forced to charge you handling costs, cleaning costs and/or repair and replacement costs.
